Since launching in 2022, our mentoring programme has grown from 28 mentees to over
80 applicants in 2025.
We match Black and Mixed-Heritage architecture students with qualified architects who volunteer their time and expertise as mentors.
WHY IT MATTERS
Architecture tends to be more challenging for students of colour due to systemic barriers, lack of representation and support.
Our 1:1 mentorship bridges the gap between education and practice, and between
potential and possibility.
how the programme works
Our mentoring programme runs annually between March and June, concluding with a celebratory student exhibition in July.
