Since launching in 2022, we have supported and mentored over 180 students!
We match Black and Black-Mixed architecture and built environment students & recent graduates with qualified architects & built environment professionals who volunteer their time and expertise as mentors.
WHY IT MATTERS
Architecture tends to be more challenging for students of colour due to systemic barriers, lack of representation and support.
Our 1:1 mentorship bridges the gap between education and practice, and between
potential and possibility.
how the programme works
Our mentoring programme runs annually between March and June, concluding with a celebratory student exhibition in July.
